Screening and Targeted Selection
Our screening process is uniquely designed to select and assess candidates with the right skills, experience and attributes for a specific business area, and it enables us to match the right candidate to the right job. This is achieved by incorporating interview techniques based on personality and competency into our selection process.
A telephonic interview is done to thoroughly assess the person’s prior experience and future work-related goals. If deemed suitable, the candidate is invited to a face-to-face meeting to perform an in-depth interview using behavioural methodology. This process further assesses the candidate’s employment history, skills, career direction and social attributes.
We will recruit for a role, as per our standard practice, and invoice on the start date of the successful candidate a percentage of the total cost to company. We will recruit from our active candidate base as well as from our source companies. We would recommend this method of recruitment for most junior to middle management roles in which we specialise. While skills are scarce, we are confident that we can find good candidates in our network.
